Value/Alignment Matrix Choose what to delegate based on value to the org & alignment will your expertise.
1. Low Value & High Alignment: Important but not critical tasks you’re currently doing. (Stop Doing for now)
2. High Value & High Alignment: High-value tasks only you should be doing. (Take Back)
3. Low Value & Low Alignment: Tasks that aren’t important or value-adding. (Stop Doing)
4. High Value & Low Alignment: Important tasks that don’t need your specific expertise. (Delegate)

07. Allocate Resources: Make sure they have the tools and budget before starting.
